Introduction to Ariya

What is Ariya?

A chat and voice-enabled AI application developed by phamax that can answer questions using your own data!

How to use Ariya: your quick start guide

It is as simple to use as your everyday digital assistant at home, but for business information.

  1. Open the app link on chrome or safari browser

  2. If you are added to client SSO, you will be able to log in directly to the chat window

  3. Please go to the web browser settings and click on ‘privacy and security’ to grant permission for the microphone

Data visualization can be customized to choose required chart type.

Currently, Ariya functions based on the user’s query, where it finds the closest match (using keywords from the query), classifies the intent and returns the best-suited answer from the database. Otherwise, Ariya prompts with a list of probable questions or asks to try with another question.

In such case, please try asking the question slightly different or by including a few more keywords.

Ariya might not be able to give you information on the weather forecast or best places to dine in, but it could give you business information related to your function like: 

  • Product-related information
  • Disease-related information
  • Pharmacovigilance
  • Marketing & Brand
  • Adverse events

 

Refer to the manual shared at the time of onboarding for the scope of question/categories you can ask in your company’s customized version of Ariya.
